The views were absolutely stunning, with sheep grazing right outside our cottage window - it was mind-blowing! The remote location surrounded by farms gave such a peaceful feeling. The host went above and beyond, even helping us out with his tractor when our car got stuck in the mud. The cottage was warm, cosy, and well-equipped - we had everything we needed. The spacious property was great value for money, and the beds were super comfortable. The late check-in was no problem at all, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends and family. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby towns. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the flat was clean. it was a fantastic stay!

From exploring the stunning Lake District National Park to hitting up the vibrant nightlife in Penrith, we had major fun. The cozy cottage was perfect for our squad, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen for our late-night snack attacks. It was the ultimate base for our epic teenage adventure!
To make it even more epic for young party animals like us, we wish there was a cool rooftop terrace or an outdoor bonfire area where we could party under the stars. That would have taken our stay to the next level!

The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, with magnificent views all around. the cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable, making it a pleasant and comfortable stay. the spaciousness of the property was a bonus, allowing plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and natural wonders. the friendly and welcoming staff made the arrival and check-in process hassle-free.
There were a few aspects that left much to be desired. the twin room was disappointingly small and cramped, making it uncomfortable for more than two adults.

Key location facts: the property was situated in a stunning hilltop location with panoramic views, offering a picturesque and serene setting for a holiday getaway. it was conveniently located near a charming local inn called the Mill Inn, which provided a cozy atmosphere and great food.
The property had a lingering smell of dogs, which was quite unpleasant for non-pet owners like ourselves. We did mention this to the owner, hoping it would be resolved in the future.
